Scope of Services
We provide residential and light-commercial plumbing services across Southern California, including diagnostics, repair, installation, and emergency response. All work is performed by licensed, insured technicians in accordance with California plumbing code.
Estimates & Pricing
- Flat-rate or written estimates are provided before work begins.
- Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Additional work discovered during a job is approved in writing before being performed.
- Trip fees, after-hours fees, and emergency dispatch charges (if any) are disclosed before dispatch.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, ACH, and cash. Past-due balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate allowed by California law.
Workmanship Warranty
We stand behind our work. Labor is covered by a written workmanship warranty (typically 1 year on most repairs, longer on major installations). Manufacturer warranties cover parts and equipment per the manufacturer's terms. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, freezing, ground movement, or work performed by others.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please give us at least 4 hours' notice when rescheduling or canceling a scheduled appointment so we can offer the slot to another customer.
Site Access & Safety
You agree to provide safe access to the work area, disclose known hazards (asbestos, lead, mold, structural damage), and keep children and pets away from the work zone during service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoCal Plumbing Co's total liability arising from any service or use of this website is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
